Rising Stars Exhibition

The Rising Stars category is designed to recognize and elevate the exceptional talents of one freshman and one sophomore visual art student whose work demonstrates advanced skill, creativity, and strong artistic potential. By creating a dedicated opportunity for underclassmen, this category ensures that emerging artists are seen, celebrated, and encouraged at a pivotal stage in their development. It provides teachers with the opportunity to highlight their highest-achieving freshman and sophomores art students and showcase the depth of talent present in early-level courses. In doing so, the Rising Stars Exhibition will look to foster a culture of aspiration and excellence among younger students, motivating them to continue developing their craft.
